Can sample fees be deducted, and are samples returnable?
Should subsequent bulk orders meet our agreed-upon Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), sample fees can be deducted from the first bulk order (subject to written confirmation). Samples are generally non-returnable for non-quality issues; special cases will be evaluated by our sales team.
What are Nexal's quotation methods and payment terms?
- Quotation Details: Our quotations typically include material cost, processing, surface treatment, and basic packaging, excluding taxes and shipping (unless otherwise specified). Quotes are generally valid for 30 days, with the specific validity period noted on the quotation. We offer tiered discounts based on annual purchase volume or single order volume, as reflected in our price lists.
- Payment Methods & Terms: We support T/T (telegraphic transfer) and may accept Letters of Credit (L/C) depending on order size. For small amounts, PayPal is available, and platform transactions support Trade Assurance. Common payment terms are 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment; samples or small orders may require full payment upfront. For large clients, payment terms can be arranged subject to approval and credit assessment.
Do Nexal's products comply with international regulations like RoHS and REACH? Are certificates provided?
Yes, all our products comply with RoHS and REACH directives, and strictly follow our internal regulatory compliance guidelines. We provide corresponding declarations of conformity or test reports (depending on the model) for materials and coatings. We also provide Certificates of Origin (COO).
